The project included a new, 9,371 Sq. Ft. Banquet Hall of indoor event space and an intermediate area between the new banquet hall and the existing castle, with 3,700 square feet (about the area of a tennis court) available for an exterior event space. The new banquet hall includes: a 350 persons occupancy banquet room with a bar area, commercial kitchen, storage room, nursing room, men and women’s restroom, and outdoor patio space with a fire pit. In addition to the new banquet hall, there were renovations to the existing Castle. These renovations included creating a Bridal Suite and enlarging the existing restroom to be ADA accessible.
