Podiatry Office
Springfield, OH
1997
This project took a small, cramped, 50 year old home that was used as an office, doubled the size and made it into a well organized and efficient podiatrist's office. The existing 1,200 square foot structure was completely gutted in a three phase operation. Due to the extremely narrow building lot, parking was created in the rear. A 1,260 square foot addition was built to house a waiting and reception area, business offices and restrooms. The existing building was further expanded to accommodate five treatment rooms, a surgery room, a laboratory and a physician's office.
The building's exterior siding was replaced with a professional appearing stucco system, unified by color patterns and consistent window shapes. The project was completed in 1997 at a cost of $250,000.
