This complex, designed for Brown County, consists of an Administrative Building, a Vehicular Storage Building, and a Vehicular Maintenance Building. The entire complex is designed in an architectural style compatible with historic buildings within Brown County.
The 7,500 square foot Administrative Building includes numerous offices, a monumental stair as a focal point of the atrium, large conference room and public space.
The 21,600 square foot Vehicular Storage Building consist of 32 bays, which are all sized for tandem trucks with snow plow and salt spreader. There is hanging salt spreader storage and in-bay snow plow storage. The building design includes a co-ray-vac radiant heat system. The 18,500 square foot Vehicular Maintenance Building includes 4 maintenance bays, a wash bay, waste oil storage and a heating system to utilize waste oil, a maintenance fluid dispensing system, and a vehicle exhaust removal system. There is a training/meeting room, parts storage, supervisor and superintendent offices, restroom and a sign shop.
