NAMI Drop-In Center
Springfield, OH
2005
The National Association of the Mentally Ill (NAMI) is a program funded through the Mental Health & Recovery Board of Clark, Greene and Madison Counties. This 2,680 SF center services a disadvantage population as a gathering place, classroom, a home away from home and a clubhouse complete with kitchen and pantry. The design is to compliment other earlier structures in this neighborhood with the use of divided light windows, small front porches, cupola and lap siding details.
