DESIGN vs. REALITY
We enhance our client communication by using Building Information Modeling (BIM) and photo-like renderings. During the design process, three-dimensional views of the virtual building will be produced, including exterior and interior surface materials and colors, landscaping,
mill-work, lighting and other details, like major equipment and furnishings. This enables a “virtual” project to be built identical to the “real” one, so that all parties can quickly see any problems or conflicts and can also effectively confirm the design works well. This will clearly convey the design of the building to the client, enhance collaboration, and make the design goals easier to achieve since the client will be able to visually see the final building design.
